Tuition and admission fees
Tuition fees shall be the ones officially established by the local autonomous Government (Xunta de Galicia) for each academic year. Student will pay fees in relation with the number of credits he/she has enrolled for, and furthermore pay for the registration envelope, student health insurance, student card and towards opening of student file.
Student will further pay the International Relations Office an administration fee of 400 € for four month stays and 800 € for annual stays, according to the form provided by the International Relations Office.
ACCOMMODATION
Exchange students wishing to share a flat with other students have to come to the International Office (O.R.I.), located at Miralles building, Miralles square, campus Lagoas-Marcosende, Vigo upon their arrival in Vigo.
The International Office is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00h to 14.00h. At the International Office, we will give you a list with the addresses of the flats (only given at the office) available and we will arrange for a time to visit the flats. We include hereby a list of hotels/hostals where you can book a room. Some private halls of residence are also included. (Prices may be modified)

August 2009 (accommodation only): Single room: 60€ (+ 7% VAT). Double room: 70€ (+ 7% VAT). Triple room: 90€ (+7% VAT).
Academic year 2009/2010 (accommodation only): Single room: 37€ (+ 7% VAT). Double room: 43€ (+ 7% VAT). Triple room: 63€ (+ 7% VAT). Continental breakfast: 3,80 € (VAT included).
HOTEL ATLÁNTICO
Rates 2009/2010: Single room: 38.52€. Double room: 57.78€. Triple room: 70.62€.
Months of July and September: Single room: 42.80€. Double room: 64.20€. Triple room: 77.04€.
Month of August and Easter: Single room: 48.15€. Double room: 70.62€. Triple room: 85.60€. Breakfast: 4.28 € (VAT included).
HOSTAL PRINCESA
Special rates for students (VAT and breakfast included): Single room: 25€. Double room: 36€. Room for a couple: 35€. Economical room: 20€. Breakfast: 2€
Living expenses
Foreign students studying at the University of Vigo must have enough financial resources to cover their accommodation and living expenses during their stay in Galicia.
Expenses during your stay at the University of Vigo will mainly depend on the type of accommodation you choose and on your own spending habits. You should set aside approximately 450 Euros/month for accommodation and meals and about 35 Euros/month for bus transport (in Vigo).
