2016-2017 Housing Room and Board Rates
Room and board rates for our traditional residence halls include a full meal plan of the students' choice. Meal plans include the number of meals which may be used in the residence hall cafeterias during the semester. Flex dollars may be used in various on-campus retail food operations. Residence hall students may select from the following plans:
-Saints Plan (125 Block Plan) provides 125 meals during the semester plus $500 flex dollars
-Spirit Plan (150 Block Plan) provides 150 meals during the semester plus $370 flex dollars
-Traditional Plan (215 Block Plan) provides 215 meals during the semester plus $150 flex dollars
-Billiken Flex Plan (All Flex plan) includes $1470 flex dollars (not available to freshmen)
Students may also select the SLU Blue (7-Day All Access) plan, which provides students unlimited access to the dining halls seven days a week throughout the semester plus $120 flex dollars. This premium plan is available for an additional $100 per semester. Room and board rates for our on-campus apartments include an Express Flex Plan that consists of $200 flex dollars per semester. Students may also select the Ultimate Flex Plan which includes $400 flex dollars each semester for an additional per semester charge of $200. Unused meals expire at the end of the semester. Unused flex dollars carry over from the fall to the spring semester and expire at the end of the spring semester. For more information about meal plans, visit the Parking and Card Services website. Rates provided are per student, per semester. Board costs (Meal Plans) are included in the residence hall and apartment rates listed below. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the rates included in the following table. However, in the event of a difference between this rate table and the University Published Rates, the latter shall prevail.
