UNDERGRADUATE
The University of San Diego is committed to a program designed to acquaint every student with the intellectual, cultural, and moral life of our civilization, while providing at the same time the opportunity to add to this knowledge special career-centered competencies. Normally, the student is in residence through eight semesters, during which he or she is enrolled in approximately 44 courses, carrying minimum credit of 124 units. USD students who wish to earn a second bachelor’s degree (as opposed to one degree with two majors) are required to complete a minimum of 30 units beyond the first USD degree (thus, at least 154 units are needed), to be seeking a different degree (for example, a BBA for a student who has already earned a BA degree), to fulfill the core curriculum requirements for the second USD degree (if these are different from the first degree), and to meet all prerequisite and major requirements for the second degree. Transfer students who already have a bachelor’s degree and wish to earn a USD baccalaureate degree in another major must meet all of USD’s core curriculum requirements, meet USD’s residency requirement of a minimum of 30 units, and meet all requirements (including prerequisites)...

POSTGRADUATE
Through its six major academic divisions, the University of San Diego offers 25 different master's degrees, the JD and five LLM degrees, several dual degree programs, and three doctoral degrees – two in nursing and one in leadership studies. Several of these degrees offer a choice of areas of specialization. Because of the variety of programs offered, there are many different deadlines associated with our graduate programs. In some cases, programs offer entry during the summer, spring, and fall terms, while others only fall or summer entry.

2.Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering
USD's Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering offers a supportive, well-rounded education that inspires students to innovate, create, and ultimately, make a difference by practicing real-world engineering. The school develops thinkers and leaders who have solid technical, communication and problem-solving skills balanced with broad perspective to make things happen locally and globally.
Our goal is to develop a future of engineers who will take on society's challenges and opportunities in socially, ethically and professionally responsible ways.
The USD Engineering department was founded in 1987 with just a handful of students and two faculty. During the last quarter century, the program has steadily grown in size and stature. Today, there are approximately 30 full-time faculty and nearly 600 students.
In 2012, the Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering was founded with a generous gift by San Diego philanthropist Darlene Marcos Shiley. Her extraordinary gift transformed the department into a USD School of Engineering with upgraded facilities and studio space, new faculty and student scholarship support.

3.The School of Leadership and Education Sciences
The School of Leadership and Education Sciences houses academic departments, centers and institutes within Mother Rosalie Hill Hall on the campus of the University of San Diego. The nationally-accredited, innovative and vibrant programs offered within SOLES are led by an administrative team, faculty and participatory advisory boards for the school and the centers.

4.Franciscan School of Theology
In 2012, the University of San Diego (USD) and the Franciscan School of Theology (FST) entered into an affiliation agreement to enhance their Catholic identities, to promote academic excellence, to expand the breadth of their respective curricular offerings, and to otherwise advance their respective missions.
Through the affiliation, FST students can enroll in selected and approved of USD graduate courses offered through the School of Leadership and Education Sciences, the Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies, the MBA program, and the Departments of History and Philosophy. These courses enhance the capabilities of graduate students to serve in stewardship roles in the Church and other mission-oriented institutions. Meanwhile, USD graduate students now have access to FST courses that complement their degree programs, specifically within the theological disciplines. The affiliation also provides opportunities for USD and FST faculty and students to collaborate with one another in service, research and other scholarly activities.
4、弗朗西斯科神学院

The University of San Diego (USD) School of Law is recognized for the excellence of its faculty, depth of its curriculum, and strength of its clinical programs. Each year, USD educates approximately 800 Juris Doctor and graduate law students from throughout the United States and around the world. The law school is best known for its offerings in the areas of business and corporate law, constitutional law, intellectual property, international and comparative law, public interest and taxation.
