首先来看看推荐信一般写什么。
（1）申请者的学业成绩或特质，是否具有领导才能，是否具有很强的分析能力等。在这一点上要注意适度，不能因为谦虚对优点加以掩盖，也不能夸夸其谈过高的估计申请者。
（2）充分挖掘申请者自身的特殊之处，例如有很强的沟通能力，或者是擅长某种语言等。
（3）就你所了解的范围而言，该申请者有什么比较重要的成绩或是成就，学业上的或是其他方面的。

一、以下细节需特别注意:
1.有学校抬头的信纸信封，均需签字，信封上注明老师及学生姓名;若学校本身有自己的推荐信表格，则一同邮寄出并同时注意打印时的排版美观等细节问题;
2.推荐信长度一般300-400字，一张A4为宜;
3.不要去通过贬低别人来拔高自己;
4.尽可能避免任何粗心大意导致的拼写或打印错误，多次检查;

c) 工作实践能力，这类学生可以找实习的直属上司，公司老板来写。
b) 学术研究能力方面，可以从专业课老师、研究项目的指导老师、毕设的老师等方面来找。如果已经工作多年，也可以找工作上的直属上司来写，但一定要体现的研究方面的能力。
三、什么是高质量的推荐信?
