机不可失，时不再来。 机遇常常悄然而去。因此，奉劝诸君珍惜机遇，谨慎处之。
每当机遇降临，伴之而来的是成功的希望， 但是机遇不能自行实现成功。假如你要取得成就或要实现你的雄心壮志，你必须努力工作、艰苦奋斗、准备好条件。否则，机遇来临时你却无法利用。显然，为了能够完全适应我们未来的工作，我们必须做好一切可能的准备。
成功者与失败者之间的区别就在于处理机遇的态度。成功者做好充分准备迎接机遇的适时来临，而失败者工作懒散，眼看着机遇悄然而过。可见，两种不同的对待机遇的态度导致了截然不同的后果。
我的观点时，在我们的社会里人人都有许多机遇，但是只有那些做好充分准备并且高度称职的人才能利用机遇达到自己目的。
Opportunities don’t come often. They come every once in a while. Very often, they come quietly and go by without being noticed. Therefore, it is advisable that you should value and treat them with care.
When an opportunity presents itself, it brings a promise but never realizes it on its own. If you want to achieve something or intend to fulfill one of your ambitions you must work hard, make efforts and get prepared. Otherwise, you will take no advantage of opportunities when they come to visit you. It is clear that in order to be highly qualified for out future jobs, we should make every possible preparation.
The difference between a man who succeeds and one who does not lies only in the way each treats opportunities. The successful person always makes adequate preparations to meet opportunities as they duly arrive. The unsuccessful person, on the other hand, works little and just waits to see them pass by. Obviously, the two different attitudes towards opportunities may lead to quite different consequences.
In my opinion, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone in our society, in our society, but only those who are prepared adequately and qualified highly can make use of them to achieve their purpose. (208 words )

然而事物总是一分为二的。奖金的激励并不总是能产生预想的结果。总会有人会不择手段的获取他们所要的东西。例如：一名不能克制奖金诱惑的参赛者可能会服用兴奋剂。而绝望的参赛者眼中只有奖金，这可能会导致不良的行为。
依我看，解决的办法是对参赛者进行道德教育。这会有助于参赛者理解“友谊第一，比赛第二”的口号。这样，奖金会在任何比赛中旗更好的作用。总的来说，我认为，奖金是好事。
Are Prizes a Good Thing?
There is no denying the fact that competitions with prizes can bring people’s initiative into full play. Encouraged by a strong desire to win a prize, one will go all out to seek his greatest success. In addition, he will make special efforts and resort to effective measures to achieve his purpose. Consequently, the best results will be obtained in game with awards.
Everything, however, has two sides. The prompting of a prize does not always lead to desirable results. There are always people who would stop at nothing to get what they are greedy for. 什么是成功?不同的人对此问题有不同的看法。有些人认为，如果一个人能挣许多的钱，他就是成功者。另一些人则争辩说，成功意味着高居政府要职。还有些人则认为，谁有高级职称，谁就是成功者。可见，对成功有截然不同的看法。
要成为成功者，首先，你必须有毅力，又勤奋。正如你所知道的，不管你做什么事，总有两种可能的结果：成功或失败。当你失败时，你不应丧失信心。相反，你应该增强信心，并加倍努力。你应始终牢记，毅力是成功之母，勤奋则是成功的关键。此外，你应注意工作方法。你应不断总结经验。提高工作效率。最后你应该和你的同事搞好协作，互相帮助，互相关心。如果你遵循这些原则，你将来一定能取得成功。
我认为，成功就是在一个人的工作中取得成就，也就是说，对国家的发展做出贡献、为人民事业幸福。因此，我的结论是，即使你在工作中取得了巨大的进步，你也没有任何理由固步自封。
What Is Success?
What is success? Different people hold views on This question. Some think that one is successful if he can make a great deal of money. Others argue that success means holding an important government post. Still others believe that whoever has got high academic title is successful. It is clear that there are quite different opinions on success.
In order to become successful, you should first of all be both perseverant and hardworking. As you know, whatever you do, there are always two possible results: success and failure. When you fail, you should never lose heart. On the contrary, you must build up your confidence and work even harder. You should always keep in mind that perseverance is the mother of success and industry is the key to it. In addition, you should pay great attention to your work method. It is necessary for you to sum up your experience constantly and improve the efficiency of your work. Finally, it is important for you to get along well with your co-workers, care for each other and help each other. If you follow these principles, you will certainly achieve remarkable success in the future.
In my opinion, success means achieving brilliant results in one’s work, that is, making outstanding contributions to the development of the country and bringing happiness to the people. So my conclusion is that even if one has made great progress in what he does, I don’t think there’s any reason for him to be conceited.
