Write an essay of 160~200 words based on the following drawing. In your essay, you should
1) describe the drawing briefly,
2) explain its intended meaning, and then
3) support your view with an example/examples.

范文：
In the picture, there shapes a sharp conflict between the goal keeper and the ball player. The former exaggerates the goal and minimizes himself in his mind while the latter thinks otherwise. Actually, both the goal and the keeper are just in normal size. What causes the problem is that they have overestimated the difficulty they are each faced with. Such attitude towards difficulty will surely produce negative effects on the results.
Difficulties are in the pathway of everyone. To overcome them, we must at first make correct judgment on the situation, which is based on confidence, courage and rational thinking. Lets take memory for example. In the process of learning, students need to remember a lot of things, such as Chemical Elements Periodic Table, ancient articles and mathematical formulae. But many complain that it is hard to remember them accurately and they are ready to give up when they feel so. On the contrary, those who learn successfully are confident about themselves and willing to try although they also feel difficult at first. And later they find the more they practise the memory, the easier it becomes to remember.
In conclusion, if we are to succeed in handling the difficult things, we must have self confidence, judge the situation rationally and be courageous enough to keep trying.
2020考研英语：大作文句子解析
对于第一句的论点句，可以按以下三个句子仿写，对于不同的主旨内容的文章，可以对划横线句子的进行替换。

对于第三句及之后就是着重对论点进行论述的过程了。考生一般可以直接阐述两、三方面主题的重要性，以文化交融性为例：

2.By means of …， the solid foundation of friendship has also paved the way for future development in both China and foreign countries. It will offer a bright outlook for deepening cooperation between the two sides。
3.The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum hosted in Beijing, with the vision of creating an economic prosperity, strongly reveals that cultural integration is a trend without controversy。
如果是重要品质类的，可以阐述重要性再举相应的例子进行说明，以创新为例：个人成才，企业发展，国家进步。
1. Innovative mind makes a person outstanding among peers。
2. Business, such as Apple, builds an unbeatable and sustainable competitive advantage through innovations with creations of new products。
3. For China, innovation is an inevitable choice to seek to follow the development of the times and an important measure to create new advantages。
考生也可以考虑以马云[微博]的例子为例：Mayun, CEO of Alibaba, online marketplace for global trade,revolutionized China's internet ecology. He can neither be one of the most widely recognized representatives of China's Internet entrepreneurs nor the richest man in China earlier this year。
