Today, I would like to share with you some personal experiences and insights that have helped me stay motivated and driven, even in the toughest of times.
When I was growing up, my parents emphasized the importance of hard work and perseverance. They instilled in me the belief that I could achieve anything I set my mind to, as long as I was willing to put in the time and effort. This lesson has stayed with me throughout my life and has been the foundation for my success.
One of the most challenging times in my life was when I decided to pursue a career that was not the norm for someone with my background. By travelling like this, you suspend all experience; the present ceased to be a reality: you might just as well be dead. The traveller on foot, on the other hand, lives constantly in the present. For him travelling and arriving are one and the same thing: he arrives somewhere with every step he makes. He experiences the present moment with his eyes, his ears and the whole of his body. At the end of his journey he feels a delicious physical weariness. He knows that sound, satisfying sleep will be his: the just reward of all true travellers.
