8月17日这一天，我和爸爸妈妈一起来到了嵩山少林寺游玩，首先映入眼帘的是一尊迎宾佛，它的背后是护法金刚韦驮菩萨。进了山门，就见古树参天，石碑林立。
有一颗古老的银杏树，距今已有1500多年的历史了，走近仔细一看，树上有许多小坑，相传这是少林寺的僧人练金刚一指禅和二指禅时留下的痕迹。在寺内我看到有一口三人合抱才行的大铁锅，据说，这是以前少林寺和尚炒菜用的最小的小炒锅。过了大雄宝殿再往后走上台阶就是方丈室，这是少林寺的最高领导的办公室和宿舍。
过了立雪亭，就到了最后的一座大殿——千佛殿，殿内最有名的就是那48个深浅不同的脚窝，最深的有50厘米，这些脚窝是千百年来少林寺的和尚们练武踏成的。来少林寺观光的客人有很多，他们留下了许多珍贵的照片，也在这里祈求今后的生活会更加美好。
