关于受疫情影响未能参加广东省2022年下半年全国大学英语四、六级口语考试考生的退费通告

　　各相关考生：

　　2022年下半年全国大学英语四、六级口语考试将于11月19日至20日举行。按照教育部教育考试院有关规定，受疫情影响无法正常到场参加考试的考生，可向考点申请退回报名费用，以教育部教育考试院最终处理结果为准。具体事项如下：

　　一、申请退费条件及需要材料

　　（一）考试期间健康码为红码或黄码的考生，请电话联系考点，确认本人是否在考试期间（本人考试前一天及考试当天）红黄码考生名单内。名单内考生无需提供证明材料，名单外考生须提供考试期间的非绿健康码彩色截图。

　　（二）因疫情原因被隔离，无法到场参加考试的考生，提交防疫部门、街道（居委）或单位（学校）出具的隔离或封控证明，如健康码信息有相关文字，也可提交作为证明材料。

　　（三）考点因疫情原因无法正常开考的，由考点安排退费，考生无需提交申请。

　　（四）跨市赴考的考生，原所在地因疫情封控，解封时间临近考试日期，无法满足考点所在地市对跨市赴考考生隔离时间要求的，提交原所在地防疫部门或街道（居委）出具的隔离或封控证明、解封时间证明。

　　（五）考点正常开考，因疫情原因，已在考前通知考生不允许到校参加考试的，由考点统一办理退费，考生无需单独提交申请（建议考生向考点确认是否符合此类条件）。

　　（六）因注射新冠疫苗时间原因，无法提供符合考点当地防疫要求的核酸检测阴性证明，未能参加考试的，提交注射新冠疫苗证明。

　　除上述情况外，其余考生不可申请退费。

　　二、申请退费流程

　　（一）申请退费截止时间：11月21日17：00前，逾时视为自愿放弃。

　　（二）申请机构：考点

　　（三）申请方式：将本人身份证、准考证，及上述相关证明材料扫描或拍照，通过电子邮件发送至申请机构指定邮箱（见附件），邮件标题为“（222CET-SET退费）姓名+身份证号”，邮件正文需注明本人姓名、身份证号、准考证号、报考科目名称、联系电话。请考生严格按照上述格式发送电子邮件，以免影响审核结果。

　　三、其他事项

　　退费申请经逐级上报教育部教育考试院并最终核准退费的考生，报名费将按原缴费渠道全额退回。

　　1)评分标准

　　CET-SET 主考在评分时使用以下标准：

　　a. 准确性 指考生的语音、语调以及所使用的语法和词汇的准确程度

　　b. 语言范围 指考生使用的词汇和语法结构的复杂程度和范围

　　c. 话语的长短 指考生对整个考试中的交际所作的贡献、讲话的多少

　　d. 连贯性 指考生有能力进行较长时间的、语言连贯的发言

　　e. 灵活性 指考生应付不同情景和话题的能力

　　f. 适切性 指考生根据不同场合选用适当确切的语言的能力

　　2)语言功能

　　CET-SET 考试要求考生参与不同形式的口头交际，其语言能力将根据其在考试中的表现予以测量。考生需要掌握的语言功能和意念在《大学英语教学大纲》中已明确列出。以下仅列举其中部分的语言功能和意念。

　　友好往来 ：问候，介绍，告别和告辞，祝愿和祝贺，感谢和应答，道歉和应答，提议、邀请和应答。

　　一、口试目标

　　为适应国家改革开放的需要，“全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会”从1999年11月起已在部分城市开始实施大学英语四、六级考试口语考试(CET Spoken English Test)

　　申请参加口语考试的考生必须是已经获得大学英语四、六级考试证书的在校生，且六级成绩在75分及以上或四级成绩在80分及以上

　　六级口语考试2004年已在全国28个省市的34个城市设立了考点

　　口语考试成绩合格者由教育部高等教育司发给证书，证书分为A、B、C三个等级，成绩低于C等的不发给证书

　　大学英语四、六级考试口语考试能力等级标准如下：

　　只有考试报名成功才能参加考试。英语四六级报名网站为各地教育考试院或招生考试网站、考点教务系统，或者现场报名。考试报名时间于2月份或9月份开始，考生可根据报名公告到指定报名入口进行报名。

　　British Columbia is the third largest Canadian provinces, both in area and population. It is nearly 1.5 times as large as Texas, and extends 800 miles(1,280km) north from the United States border. It includes Canada’s entire west coast and the islands just off the coast.
