新托福阅读考试共三篇文章,如果遇到加试时从考试的五篇文章中随机选取三篇计分，每篇12-14道题。这三篇文章中所有回答正确的题目数量加起来就是你的“total points”。在新托福阅读考试中，除重要归类题和观点题以外，每道题的分值都是1分。重要观点题的分值可能是2分。归类题为3或4分。考试所得分数范围：0-30分。出国留学网小编利用表格为大家详细解读托福阅读评分标准，如下：

新托福成绩评分标准
新托福的每部分的成绩将转换为标准分后统一计算，具体如下：
1、阅读：满分为42至45分不等，转换为标准分后满分为30分;
2、听力：满分为34至36分不等，转换为标准分后满分为30分;
3、口语：满分为24分，转换为标准分后满分为30分;
4、写作：满分为8分，转换为标准分后满分为30分;
因此，新托福最后的成绩将在0至120分之间。
口语评分标准：

综合写作
【主题】鲱鱼是一种经济鱼类，然而现在,在某个bay，鲱鱼的数量大大下降，政府建议说应该限制鲱鱼的捕捞
Reading：文章反驳说这种说法达不到效果，原因有三：
(1)政府没有考虑到鲱鱼的predator，有一种鱼吃掉了很大数量的鲱鱼，这才是鲱鱼数量下降的主要原因，所以应该控制鲱鱼的捕食者的数量;
(2) 鲱鱼是livestock和poultry的主要蛋白质来源，如果限制了捕捞，那么很多farm就得不到蛋白质来源，从而受到影响;
(3)fishing limit还会减少很多就业岗位，很多鲱鱼的捕捞者，加工者和交易商会因为鲱鱼产业的萧条而失去工作，这个产业提供了本地区的大多数就业机会，整个地区的经济会因此受到影响。
Listening：
(1)鲱鱼的predator是part of the whole ecosystem，它的存在使很多其他种类的鱼的数量under control。所以更好的做法还是限制捕捞，不要disturb the balance of environment;
(2)作为蛋白质来源，鲱鱼可以被soybean所替代。因为大豆对于livestock 和poultry来说也是很好的蛋白质来源并且大豆供给充足。Farm根本不会受限制捕捞的影响;
(3)文中说经济会受影响真是目光短浅。 这种fishing limit只是temporary的，目的只是为了让鲱鱼数量回到正常水平，一旦回到了正常水平，渔业又可以繁荣发展起来。如果现在不限制捕捞，以后整个经济才会真正的collapse。
