Costs
2016-17 Rent Costs for Semester 2 only
Rent payments are due no later than 9th of each relevant month. After the prepayment is made, the rents are due to be paid from February up to and including May for the semester 2 lease.

一、How to Apply
You can apply via OASIS once you have firmly accepted a conditional or unconditional offer.
To access the Residences Application in OASIS follow the instructions below:
1.Click on Applicants Portal at the bottom of the home page
2.Sign in using your username and password
3.Click on ‘Residences Application and Offer’
4.Follow instructions from there

You will be asked to make five accommodation choices in order of preference with one being your first choice. Five choices must be made in order to complete the application.
To notify us of any other important information or any specific requests regarding sharing with friends, alcohol-free accommodation or a disability then you can note these in the ‘Special Needs/Comments’ section.

When can I apply for accommodation?
Once you firmly accept an offer to study at Abertay University, your status on the University system changes. You can then log onto OASIS (the university portal), where you should find a link which invites you to apply for accommodation online. The online application system will be available from Spring. Contact the Residences Office if you have any difficulties.
