考研英语是考研所有科目中的重要角色，亦成为不少考生的绊脚石。之所以说是重头戏，是因为对于很多考生来说，考研的成败很大程度取决于英语成绩的高低。而英语试卷中，分值最大的有两部分，一是阅读，另一个就是作文。

考研英语作文写作分两类：大作文、小作文。小作文一般给出作文内容要点，以求职信，辞职信，道歉信和感谢信等为命题体裁，要求考生按照提示写清楚要表达的要点。考生在写小作文时，只要表意明确就可以了，不需要复杂华丽的文采修饰。大作文类型，从文体上看，可以划分为说明文和议论文，因为考这类体裁的写作比较符合形势发展的实际需要，在学习、工作和生活中，人们所书写的材料大多也是说明文或议论文;从选题范围上看，大都是目前人们最为关注的问题，反映了当前社会的热门话题或可以用热门话题来透视的哲理性问题。通过对近些年的真题分析;从出题形式上看，在平稳中逐渐趋于多样化，写作题目易于理解，无论以文字的形式还是以图表、图画的...
