口试笔试均为每年两次，3-4月份和8-10月份为报名时间，各地不统一，口试、笔试分开报名。具体报名时间参考本校教务处的通知。
笔试在每年6月和12月各一次，口试在笔试前进行，每年5月和11月各一次，只有考生笔试成绩达到一定标准后才能报名参加口试，报名要求参见口试考生手册。
