二、租赁价格及结算方式：
甲方租赁乙方汽车的价格为 元/月，每月 日结算一次。结算时由乙方出据正式发票。
三、租赁期限：
租车日期自 年 月 日起至甲方单方停租止，但甲方需提前15天通知乙方，办理停租手续，协议即终止。
四、甲方职责：
1、因甲方租用所产生租用车辆的路、桥通行费、停车费、车辆的燃油费均由甲方承担，包括租赁期间的路桥年票;
2、按规定支付乙方租车费
3、甲方租赁期间调度乙方日常驾驶工作，保证行车安全，并支持乙方做好乘车人员的上、下车纪律管理。

4、除以上1、2、条款所列的费用外，其它一切与租用车辆所发生的费用均与甲方无
关。
五、乙方职责：
1、乙方保证车辆按时年审，性能能够满足甲方工作需要，安全性、可靠性高;
2、乙方必须购买车辆保险及交强险、第三者责任险必须达到20万以上且在有效期以内;
3、乙方按时缴纳各项规费，保证甲方能正常用车;
4、乙方必须自己驾驶或者聘请专职驾驶员驾驶，如乙方允许(乙方不予制止视为允许)甲方人员驾驶，所产生的一切交通事故及后果均由乙方负责，甲方不承担任何责任;
5、乙方车辆必须随时听从甲方的调派，随叫随到，服务热情周到;
6、乙方按车辆保养规定、按时保养车辆，一切费用由乙方负责;

7、乙方车辆发生故障时，乙方必须立即修理，甲方每月给乙方1—2天修车保养时间，如超过时间，乙方必须提供其它同等条件的车辆供甲方使用，否则甲方将扣除相应的租金;
8、乙方若因汽车年检、交通违章、交通事故及其他个人事务等，造成误工时，甲方应扣除相应的租金。
六、如乙方未及时购买相关规费或年审，则可视为本合同自行解除，一切后果由乙方承担。
七、承租方对租赁车辆要妥善保管，如因承租方保管或驾驶不善造成车辆损坏及各种证件的丢失，由承租方按照保险公司的赔偿标准赔偿出租方。(此款项不包括自带、自驾车辆)
八、本协议一式肆份，双方各执贰份，双方共同签字生效，具有同等法律效力。
九、乙方必须自备通信工具并确保24小时开机，如需要更新联系号码必须提前1天上报申请并通知公司全体人员储存。如因联系不上或者故意拖延接听电话时间造成公司直接损失，立即解除合同，并扣除当月租凭全部费用。

篇二：

4.on this contract signing date， the lessor has received a deposit as rent security amounting to_________baht. should the lessee be overdue on rent payment for any month， the lessee agrees for the lessor to immediately deduct the amount due from the said deposit as rent payment.
