1)catch fire：begin to burn着火;烧着。catch fire有动态含义，揩“开始燃烧”。
例如：
Paper catches fire easily.纸容易着火。

2)be on fire：be burning着火;失火。 be on fire有静态含义，指“燃烧的状态”。
