一、动机
你去申请法国学校的专业肯定是有你的理由的，你要把你内心真实的想法写出来，你是为什么要选这所学校以及这个专业的，你就算是放弃写这部分的内容也不要写得含糊不清，不要让招生的老师看到你是因为冲动而选的。你可以先想想你的理想是什么，你申请的这个专业是不是能够帮助你完成你的理想，这些都要具体的进行描述。每个人的动机都是不一样的，只要不是很虚假的你就可以放心大胆的写上去。
二、个人能力
这部分的内容在个人陈述当中是呈现最多的一部分，你要先对你的个人能力先进行一个简单的描述，用具体的例子来证明你的能力是很强的，还要描述你的个人能力能够对你学习专业上的知识是有什么帮助的。把你的主要内容都放在你描写的经历上面，还要写别人没有写过的内容，展现你是很出众的。你的写作内容要实事求是，不能出现虚假的内容。
三、职业规划
职业规划在你的个人陈述中也是很重要的，你要确定你未来的一个职业方向是什么，短期的目标和长期的规划都是需要详细描述的，要让招生的老师看到你是充满动力的，而且你定下来的目标和职业规划都是要有可行性的，要根据自己的实际能力来定，如果跟你的能力差距很大的话是很难去完成的。
四、字数
个人陈述很多的学校都是有字数限制的，一般都是写的内容不能超过两页，如果是没有这个要求的话，也要控制在一页半到两页之间，只要你是收集了很多的素材，内容还是足够你写的，也不要把你收集到的所有素材都写上，要看一下你素材适不适合写上去，不要把每件事情都写的很详细， 着重表现出你的个人能力就好了。把你申请的专业无关的内容删掉，还有和你的简历上面出现过重复的也要删除，比如说成绩单，你要是已经提交了成绩单的话，你就不要再在个人陈述当中进行描述了。
