　　2022年下半年全国大学英语四、六级考试口语考试将于11月19日至20日举行。为保障考生和考试工作人员的生命安全和身体健康，确保考试工作安全平稳顺利实施，省招考办提醒考生，做好应试相关准备及考试期间的疫情防控工作。

　　一、考前准备

　　1.考生须到报名所在学校参加考试，并按大连地区疫情防控要求提前（建议不迟于考前7天）返回大连，避免因疫情原因影响参加考试。具体防疫要求以大连地区疫情防控部门要求为准。

　　2.做好健康状况监测。考前7天起至考前1天，考生须做好每日体温测量，尽量避免去中、高风险地区和人流密集的公共场所，并按要求如实填写《个人健康情况排查表》（见附件）。

　　3.提供核酸检测阴性证明。考生须提供有资质的核酸检测机构出具的每场次开考前48小时核酸检测阴性证明（纸质或电子均可，如大连地区有其他要求的，以大连地区要求为准）。

　　4.赴考点路途的疫情防护。考生赴考点出行时提前准备好口罩、手套、纸巾、速干手消毒剂等防护物资。如乘坐出租车或网约车赴考点，提前预约车辆，乘坐时在后排落座并全程佩戴口罩，下车后应及时做好手卫生。如乘坐公共交通工具赴考点，全程佩戴口罩，可佩戴一次性手套，并做好手卫生，途中尽量避免用手接触其他物品，与周围乘客尽可能保持安全距离。

　　二、入场检查

　　1.考生进入考点需规范佩戴口罩（考试期间除进行身份识别以外，须全程规范佩戴口罩）并出示：（1）本人有效身份证件原件；（2）纸质考试准考证；（3）开考前48小时内核酸检测阴性证明；（4）“辽事通健康码”（绿码）；（5）“通信大数据行程卡”（绿码、无异常）；（6）《个人健康情况排查表》。

　　2.配合工作人员接受体温检测，体温低于37.3℃方可进入考点、考场。考试结束时，考生须按监考员的指令，有序错峰离场，不得拥挤，保持人员间距，不得在考点内滞留。

　　3. 考生有下列情形之一，不得参加本次考试。

　　考前考生身体状况异常和监测发现身体状况异常的，经疾控机构和医疗机构专业评估，综合研判不具备正常参加考试条件的；考生为新冠肺炎确诊病例、无症状感染者、疑似患者、确诊病例密切接触者等因疫情防控被隔离人员；尚在健康监测期的已治愈病例或已解除医学观察的无症状感染者、不能排除感染可能的发热患者，由考点学校会同大连地区卫生健康部门、疾控机构和医疗机构根据相关人员的身体状况和传播风险，综合研判不具备正常参加考试的。

　　一、口试目标

　　为适应国家改革开放的需要，“全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会”从1999年11月起已在部分城市开始实施大学英语四、六级考试口语考试(CET Spoken English Test)

　　申请参加口语考试的考生必须是已经获得大学英语四、六级考试证书的在校生，且六级成绩在75分及以上或四级成绩在80分及以上

　　六级口语考试2004年已在全国28个省市的34个城市设立了考点

　　口语考试成绩合格者由教育部高等教育司发给证书，证书分为A、B、C三个等级，成绩低于C等的不发给证书
