第一条 出租方的权利和义务
1.向承租方交付在运行中无任何保留条件、设备齐全的租赁车辆，及租赁车辆行驶所需的有效证件。
2.按本合同第四条规定的比例，承担租赁车辆交通事故车辆损失、车辆盗抢、第三者责任的风险。
3.免费提供租赁车辆保养、合理使用中出现的故障维修、本市区域内的租赁车辆救援。
