一、考试说明
“城市环境问题”是今年的新题，最近频频出现于各大赛区的考试中。考生向考官简述自己城市的一个常见环境问题后，在第三部分里会围绕环境污染和保护的方方面面与其展开讨论。在“真题演练”部分我以北京的沙尘暴为例，给出了一个参考性框架。在“话题相关材料”部分，大家可以看到一位印度作家在报纸上讲述印度的白色污染，里面有很多词组和想法很适合口语和写作。
