以下《2014考研英语二小作文解析及范文》由出国留学网考研频道为您精心提供，希望对大家有所帮助。
2014年英语二小作文考察的是请求信，总体难度比去年明显下降，题目当中没有特别难的考点主要内容就是向别人寻求大学住宿的建议。首先从题材上来说，是与我们平时生活息息相关的，没有生僻含义的出现，这就解决了生僻概念翻译成英文的问题。其次，从题材来说是考察请求信，而请求信2005年首次出现小作文开始至今，在英语一当中曾经出现过一次。所以对于考生，特别是认真复习过考研小作文真题的同学来说，这种体裁应该是不陌生的。格式方面，根据题干要求来看，收信人的名字已经给出-John， 所以在很多学生会犯错误的称呼问题上也不会有太大问题，直接用Dear John即可。 署名回归英语一惯用姓名“Li Ming”。
其实在今年的跨考各地的作文班上，特别是小作文的讲授方面，请求信由于其实用性之高一直被列为最为重要的备考体裁之一。而且针对2006年英语一(请求找到希望工程捐赠对象)以及跨考模考的小作文真题训练过程中，我们已经把请求信按照写信对象及内容分为正式版(写给机构)和非正式版(写给朋友亲戚)两种模板。所以如果同学按照老师要求记诵请求信模板的话，本次小作文的考试应该是游刃有余。而且如果是英语一考过，英语二没有考过，是会考的。
本次小作文依然分三段来写，根据题干中的情景交代，我们知道自己的角色定位在准备出国留学的学生，且要给未来的室友John写信。所以根据我们的写作规则，在这里首段除了提出写作目的意外，出于礼节，我们应该先有一个简短的自我介绍。
二段是中心段，根据题干要求，要包含两部分内容。一是介绍自己的住宿习惯，一句话即可。二是询问住宿建议，这里可以写两条。套用模板例如：By the way, I would like to know if there are some necessary advice you could offer. For example, …(具体询问内容) 或者I wonder whether it is convenient for you if two things following could be considered. To begin with,… in addition, … ( 即可。
三段是结尾，套用请求信常用结尾模板:Your prompt attention to my inquiry will be highly appreciated and I am looking forward to your reply at your earliest conveniences.
