Everybody in this world hopes to keep healthy. Without a good health，one couldn't even live a normal life，let alone a happy life.
There are several ways to keep healthy. To begin with，one should do regular physical exercise. By this，one can not only keep himself in good physical condition but also stay in a good mood every day. In addition，having a balanced diet is also of great importance to keeping healthy.
