“Censorship” is a word which seems to be authoritative rather than democratic， which implies the will of the governors rather than the will of general people. Since the occurrence of the censorship， which could be traced back to the Ancient Rome， it has been playing an important part in the domestic affairs while arousing applause and condemnation as well. Here the our government faces a dilemma， is it fair to carry on the censorship at the cost of sacrificing part of democracy， or just open the gate letting flows of ideas and thoughts in， at the risk of losing its own rampart.
Since censorship suggest an act of changing or suppressing speech， writing or any other forms of expression that is condemned as subversive of the common good， it must have a close relationship with the one who applies such supervision， and the word “common good” should be redefined under different conditions. There is no doubt that laws are made for a reason and the laws of a society reflect the values of that society because of tradition, necessity, and expectation. But occasionally there will be a law, which is unjust and wrong though not for everyone but say, for a group of people. If the law contradicts their high morals or religion, it is right for them to protest against it in a reasonable way. So now the question is what is that reasonable way and how to protest against an unjust law? First people have to ask themselves if there is a higher purpose, which make them to disobey it. They should look beyond the intent of the law and immediate results to see what the final result will be. It is not right to disobey an unjust law for just personal convenience. People should look at the alternatives, weigh them against what their personal beliefs may be, and then make a judgment based on their individual moral values.

法新社报道，审计院上周四(6日)公布了一份报告，对治安部队的管理提出尖锐批评，对2002年萨科齐出任内政部长以来犯罪率下降表示质疑。
审计院报告甫一公布就招致内政部长盖昂的震怒。他斥责审计院的报告“多处不确切，有分析错误，也有遗漏”，缺乏“客观性”。多数派好几名负责人也指责报告有失公允。
审计院第一院长、萨科齐任命的前社会党籍国民议会议员迪迪埃·米戈宣称，这份报告是“确切客观的，是集体研究的成果”，“我不明白为何引起如此雷霆大怒！”
逾百名人民运动联盟(UMP)和新中间派国民议会议员立即致函米戈，“谴责”审计院“一种阴险的政治化现象”。他们还对报告作者与社会党的关系提出“严重疑问”。
审计院法官协会发表公报，深表“惊愕”。审计院的法官们挺身而出为自己的报告辩护，这是极为罕见的事。

今年高考语文、数学、英语(论坛)(主观题部分)、历史、政治科目将实行网上评卷，答案须书写在专门设计的答题纸上。按照流程，网上评卷前，由扫描仪将考生书写的答案扫入计算机存储，计算机将答卷按设计的条块分割成若干部分。评卷时，计算机将扫描件随机发送到评卷教师的电脑屏幕上。网上阅卷时，每一题均由两位教师分别评阅，两位教师的评分误差如果在规定范围内，即取平均值；如果超过规定范围，计算机则再将试题发送给第三位教师评阅，第三位教师的打分再与前两位教师的平均分作比较，误差控制在设定的范围内。市教育考试院表示，网上评卷提高了评卷质量，使评分更加公平、公正。答卷的保管、传送，登记分数、加分等步骤都在计算机网络上进行，能最大限度保证成绩准确。
