美国留学文书写作材料
入学申请表：
入学申请表主要是要求申请人填写个人的基本资料，包括喜欢的课程，工作经历或者是个人突出优势等等。审核者都会仔细审核申请表，所以缴交表格前需仔细确定表格项目填写的正确性和完善性。如果遇到文字填写不清晰的情况，审核者很难及时通知申请者结果。
成绩单：
成绩单主要包括学术成绩单包括在校的每堂已修课程名称及所有这些课程的分数和学时。成绩单上需注明申请者名字及授与学位名称、日期和学生的总平均分数。审核者第一步是确定该申请者是否被授予学士学位。然后确认申请者完成所有必修科目的情况。最后根据学校的声望和成绩鉴定所修课程的品质。一般的美国大学都会对总平均成绩方面作出要求，至少需要达到所申请专业以及学校要求目录上的基本标准，不同的专业都有自己不同的标准。
推荐信：
每一位申请者都被要求能提供推荐信，主要是在学习申请者在成为研究生的能力和潜质上作出介绍。好的推荐者包括申请者的大学教授、同事及在工作上非常了解你的上司。好的推荐信有助于申请者提高被录取的成功率。
个人陈述：
申请者最好能提供自己的一份个人陈述，表明申请者追求的学位科系，让审核者对申请者的学习目标及动机有更深的了解。审核者会决定系上是否能协助申请者实践完成目标。此外，书面计划亦能够充分表明你的写作能力，有些学校也会给申请者一些固定的写作题目，以考察申请者的写作能力。
语言成绩：
赴美国读研必须提供的语言考试成绩是TOEFL成绩，美国大学对申请入学者并无统一TOEFL录取分数线，一般都要求分数达到80分以上，另外工科类的普遍要求申请者要有GRE成绩，一般要求达到1100分以上，商科类的一般都要求有GMAT500分以上。然而有些学校也不要求申请者提交GRE或者GMAT成绩单，其中有些学校也不乏一些着名的学校，比如密歇根州立大学,明尼苏达州立大学。有一些名校中的部分专业也不一定要求提交GRE或者GMAT的成绩，不过拿到好一点的GRE和GMAT成绩会更多一些学校的选择机会，自然是有很多好处的。
